Do you require deposits for appointments?
Yes, we require deposits for appointments. We take $25-150 depending on the service you are looking to book.
How long do I have to Cancel or Re-schedule my appointment?
Time is important to everyone which is why we follow a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation or Re-schedule made within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This also applies to No shows.

What can I expect from my service provider during my Salon Experience?
Your service provider will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences. They can also make recommendations if appropriate. The professional will let you know what to expect in terms of hair and budget.
How Can I book a Loc appointment?
Before booking, a consultation is required. This complimentary consultation allows the loc technician to gain a better understanding of your hair and provide an accurate time frame before officially scheduling an application appointment.
